Is the Calming Duck built for heavy chewers?
It is made with reinforced double seams and a denser plush than most toys in the pet aisle, so it handles enthusiastic chewing far better. No plush toy is indestructible though. If your dog is a determined destroyer, supervise play and replace it once the seams give.
How does it actually calm my dog?

Is it safe if my dog tears it open?
