At TheCalmPet, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day, we ship to hundreds of customers around the world and can provide the highest level of responsiveness.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is made up of two parts:
- Processing time: 0–1 business day (order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing)
- Transit time: 6-10 business days
Once your item is picked up from the warehouse, it typically takes 6-10 business days to arrive at the destination.
All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.

- Free Shipping on orders $70+
- $5.99 Shipping on orders below $70
Shipping carrier
We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier to ensure your items are delivered safely and on time.
Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delays.
FAQ
What if my package gets lost in the mail?
If your package gets lost in the mail, please email us at info@thecalmpet.com. In case of a confirmed lost package, we can offer a replacement or refund.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 5 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
